While we have participated in Archdiocesan Catholic Camporees, this year’s Catholic Camporee was the first ever of its kind, hosted by Region 6 of the National Catholic Committee on Scouting (NCCS) for all of NCCS Region 6 and Catholic Service Territory (CST) 9. It was held in Toledo, Ohio, and served around 160 scouts from the states of Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana, covering 10 scout councils and 9 diocese.

Liturgy of the Hours
While we were at the camp, we prayed Liturgy of the Hours, which is the official prayer of the Church and is sometimes also called the Divine Office, 5 times. We said Compline (Night Prayer) on both Friday and Saturday. We said Lauds (Morning Prayer) on both Saturday and Sunday. We also said Vespers (Evening Prayer) on Saturday.

Activities
While we were at camp, we participated in a variety of scouting activities, including archery, Jamboree on the Air via morse code, a presentation on the 2025 Jubilee of Hope, an orienteering challenge, and making a Solomon Bar with a decade rosary hanging off of it.
Vocations Panel
After all of the activities were completed, we attended a Vocations Panel, where we talked with people from a variety of vocations. The Vocations Panel also fulfills a requirement for the Pope Pius XI religious emblem, and it can fulfill requirements for the Ad Altare Dei religious emblem.

Mass
After Dinner and Closing Flags, the camp held Mass.
