Chief Logan Summer Camp 2011

Troop 85 will be attending Summer Camp this year at Chief Logan Reservation in Simon Kenton Council. Margery Jones is coordinating the Troop’s reservation this year.

Forms due at the June 13 Troop Meeting

The following forms are due into Ms. Jones at the June 13 troop meeting:

1. An updated medical history form and a copy of your insurance card (Please turn this item in to Diane Price)
2. A filled out Activity/Merit Badge interest form (can be downloaded below)
3. A revised Permission Form (can be downloaded below)
4. A Family Night Form and $2.00 per/person for dinner (can be downloaded below)
